The ROQET project proposes develop a system of
competences assessment for the teachers/trainers of
vocational education centers.
The model adapted to the
systems within the different nationalities, with
reference to the Common European Framework for Quality
Control.
The transfer of innovation is based on the QUTE
project. The self-assessment system offers a complete
methodology with the necessary tools for ensuring the
improvement of quality in education, keeping the
confidentiality of the obtained data and the teaching
staff anonymity.
The main results the ROQET project:
- Competency Map directed to the professional
development of VET centers teachers/trainers
- Excellence Profile to establish a pattern based
on the defined competences
- Competence assessment questionnaries to
facilitate the information compilation process
- Adaptation of the self-assessment software tool
- Tool Implementation and testing
- Coaching workshops for the competences
achievement
The final users of ROQET are the student and teachers/trainers
of VET centres.
The project will promote cooperation and joint work
among partner organizations and will link with related
initiatives. It will address other educational VET
institutes to help the dissemination of the results.
